PALOUSE PRAIRIE CHARTER SCHOOL

This project was created to promote energy efficiency in new schools in hopes of providing the occupants with comfortable and productive spaces by strategic passive design. The hilly topography encourages on-site water treatment, enhances prevailing winds for kinetic energy, and connects to the community of Moscow by providing the public transport. Interior the spaces enhance concentration with designs such as custom acoustic panels in the classrooms, healthy ventilation integration, and positive daylight to improve the learning experience.
